We tried to do this onboard on 10th Oct cruise but could not as it was full. You can upgrade when onboard if there are cabins available!!! Enjoy whatever you decide

We are on Ventura in December and 23 weeks ago we got aletter from P&O asking if we wanted to upgrade from a Balcony Cabin to a Deluxe balcony Cabin for an extra £300 each. But as we already had a balcony cabin we were happy to keep what we had orginally booked and anyway we dont expect to be in the room that much.

You need to get in touch with the agent you booked through. We upgraded on a P&O ship to a suite and the extra we paid was the price of the suite at the time we booked the original cabin - if you see what I mean. As there was no fuel supplement when we did the original booking we did not have to pay that either. Just call your agent and ask for a price.

Depends how far ahead your cruise is. On the Baltic cruise in June the ship was full, so no upgrades. Have you had your tickets yet? We booked a mini suite and were then upgraded to the same but on a higher deck.
