Q: We're going on Artemis to Latin America and Panama Canal in November. Just looking for ideas/suggestions regarding the excursions or,as we prefer, heading out on our own. Thanks for any replies

if one of your ports of call is the isla margarita an excursion will probably be on offer to the animal hospital/sanctuary and a trip on the mangroves. it is worth going on. when our trip was over and we were going back to the ship there were lots of little stalls set out with local soveniers and best of all was the cocktail bar. wicked pina colada's, and lots of free shots. needless to say we got happier as the day went on. have a lovely cruise, we were there in march of this year and would do it all again.
