It is the best time of the year to go Late May June and early July, the weather is generally good around this time hence most cruise ships go there that time of the year. Weather is unpredictable though, I went early June in 1997 and the scenery was spectacular, even if its cold the scenery is the same.

We did a similar cruise on Oriana in June a few years ago. During the fortnight I wore everything from bikini to fur coat and boots, so go prepared for everything! Incidentally, we have cruised many times and this trip is among my favourites, Have fun! Barbara

It depends how far north the cruise goes. Bergen, Olden and Geiranger should be quite mild. Tromso will still be quite cold and Spitzbergen still below freezing.
We sailed in June this year and I suggest clothes in layers and something windproof for on deck. Don't forget the sunscreen and the binoculars.
