Q: I am trying to access the excursions for my cruise on the Ventura in November, I have entered the web site on my booking form but like many others cannot find the link. Most frustrating. Can anybody help?

Go onto the P.O website. Then onto your account, then onto cruise personilser enter your booking ref. then you should be able to view all your booking details, trips booked etc. Its not easy, my daughter had to help me. If this does not wotk, do as Ingle says and phone them up!

On the P&O website, pocruises.com go to "your account" then "manage your details" then you should be able to log on. I have had a few problems with the webite. If you still have problems contact P&O using the "contact us" and they will get back to you. I know this puts you to the reservations team but they forward it to thier IT people Brian
