Just returned on 5/7/08 from the Arcadia cruise to Norway and Spitzbergan. It was most enjoyable the cabin was good but smelt of smoke. The staff sorted it out and were most helpfuf even changing the curtains!!!
Food was a bit limited and too 'British', perhaps that is what people want. The Arcadian Rhodes restaurant was very good.
Embarkation was slow, I think a lot of people turned up early as the ship was sailing early, due to mechanical problems. That was the one thing which spoilt matters asthe ships anchor stuck at Andalsnes, we were 7 hours late sailing to Bergen
which meant only 3 hours there.
A good experience overall, we booked the World Cruise for 2009 on board.
