We were on the same cruise on Aurora at the same time. We thought the itinery was fabulous, apart from Lanzarote which for our taste has very little apart from a massive volcanic area. It's interesting to see that next year i.e. 2009, Lanzarote has been dropped from some of the P and O Canaries itineries and replaced by Corunna. In direct answer to the Bay of Biscay question, we have been across the Bay for the last 3 summers - like a mill pond! If you are worried about seasickness don't choose a more expensive upper deck. Save your money and book an outside cabin on deck F near the middle, much calmer. It doesn't have the snob factor of "upstairs" but we just don't care! More money for the casino.

We've crossed the Bay of Biscay four times and had four different experiences. It varied from being as still as the proverbial mill pond, to being so rough and choppy that the decks were closed and sick bags on all stair wells. It is impossible to gauge what it will be like days ahead never mind a year!
